Before you reach out

A few practical details.

Can we discuss cleaning outside business hours?

Yes. Include your operating hours and preferred service times in your inquiry. We'll discuss access and scheduling before putting the proposed schedule in writing.

What determines the quote?

The areas to clean, facility size and condition, tasks, frequency, and access all affect the scope. A walkthrough helps us prepare a proposal for your actual space.

Do I need to know the square footage?

An estimate is helpful, but you can start with your business name, address, and the areas that need cleaning.

Are checklists and reports included?

Your written proposal defines the cleaning scope. If you want visit checklists or service updates, discuss the format and frequency with us so those expectations can be included in the agreement. The example above shows what those updates could look like.
